“Molto pi\u00f9 urgente e costruttivo che un braccio di ferro sul centinaio di migranti sulla nave Diciotti sarebbe cambiare la legge, votata nel marzo 2017 da Pd e M5S sui minori non accompagnati, una legge, si disse allora, ‘all’avanguardia in Europa’, cio\u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 generosa di quelle degli altri paesi europei. Certo, pu\u00f2 essere imbarazzante per il M5S cambiare radicalmente una legge da loro votata poco pi\u00f9 di un anno fa, ma le immagini di tanti presunti minori che arrivano in Italia – aggiunge – dovrebbero indurre al buon senso. Non \u00e8 possibile che basti dichiararsi diciassettenni per essere indiscriminatamente accolti ed equiparati a cittadini italiani, come Forza Italia, anche col sostegno della Lega, denunci\u00f2 al Senato e alla Camera all’epoca dell’approvazione. Quella legge non consente neppure che si accerti l’identit\u00e0 di queste persone e dunque se hanno commesso reati nei loro paesi. Una vera follia ideologica.
