Sono impegni presi per il futuro, ormai non modificabili. Il confronto \u00e8 con la media del 2017, non con i migliori tassi, un confronto del tutto attendibile. Il calcolo non pu\u00f2 tenere conto e dunque non include i maggiori tassi da pagare sui titoli a tasso variabile.
