\u201cA Roma si possono esprimere liberamente le proprie idee solo se gradite alla sindaca. Quelle sgradite, anche se pienamente conformi alla legge, anzi, a difesa della legge, sono invece proibite. La giunta di Roma Capitolina ha infatti deciso la rimozione dei manifesti di Pro Vita e Generazione Famiglia, colpevoli di ribadire ci\u00f2 che la legge italiana dice: non possono esserci adozioni da parte di due uomini, \u00e8 vietato l\u2019utero in affitto. La libert\u00e0 di espressione, tutelata dall\u2019articolo 21, non \u00e8 una concessione dello Stato ma un diritto inalienabile dei cittadini. Non pu\u00f2 essere condizionata n\u00e9 dal governo nazionale, n\u00e9 tanto meno da quello di Roma Capitale. Vietare la libera espressione delle idee \u00e8 un gravissimo e inquietante atto totalitario che non va sottovalutato, specie se viene da un partito politico di governo.
