La Corte Costituzionale, da giudice delle leggi, ha deciso di diventare giudice della vita e della morte. Comunque la si pensi sulla questione eutanasia, il fatto che la legge sia scritta fuori dal Parlamento, cui la Costituzione assegna la funzione legislativa, \u00e8 una ferita alla democrazia. Vero, la Camera ha tentato di fare una legge, ma al Senato non \u00e8 stato consentito neppure di tentare. Ma, soprattutto, una legge c\u2019\u00e8, quella che punisce l\u2019aiuto al suicidio, e se il Parlamento, espressione del popolo sovrano, non trova la maggioranza e il modo per cambiarla, significa che preferisce la norma esistente. Ora si dovr\u00e0 legiferare, ma sotto dettatura: Camera e Senato diventeranno l\u2019ufficio legislativo della Corte Costituzionale, con il compito di redigere materialmente un testo, il cui contenuto \u00e8 gi\u00e0 deciso. Insomma, in Parlamento si decidono di dettagli e purtroppo qualche parlamentare, poco conscio del proprio ruolo, gioisce. Nel merito, \u00e8 evidente che si apre a una impostazione simile a quella di Belgio e Olanda, dove il criterio della insopportabilit\u00e0 della sofferenza, \u00e8 stato esteso anche alla depressione, mentre nascer\u00e0 il mestiere di far morire la gente, pagato dal contribuente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
