Non mi scandalizza lo strumento del milleproroghe che tutti i governi hanno utilizzato ed utilizzeranno. Mi scandalizzano, invece, gli innumerevoli e disomogenei argomenti contenuti in questo decreto, scritto con tutta evidenza solo dai capi partito della maggioranza escludendo ogni possibilita’ per i parlamentari, di maggioranza ed opposizione, di proporre modifiche. E dire che i 5 Stelle, quando erano all’opposizione, protestavano energicamente accusando chi governava di fare cattiva politica, di approvare solo marchette e di non essere trasparente. Orbene, questo decreto e’ esattamente la prova del trionfo della non trasparenza e del mancato rispetto del Parlamento che viene messo sul fatto compiuto, del prendere o lasciare. I 5 Stelle avevano torto quando protestavano o hanno torto adesso? Andando nel merito del provvedimento, osservo che l’aspetto piu’ deteriore sono le mancate proroghe non previste nel decreto: su tutte brilla quella sull’abolizione della prescrizione, sul processo a vita cui saranno costretti i cittadini indagati e sotto processo. E poco importa a questo governo se per errori giudiziari lo Stato e’ costretto a pagare risarcimenti milionari ai cittadini che subiscono la violenza della privazione illegittima della liberta’.
