La domanda specifica gli \u00e8 stata posta dal senatore <strong>Massimo Mallegni<\/strong>, di Forza Italia, durante l\u2019audizione del dirigente del colosso turistico presso la Commissione Attivit\u00e0 Produttive del Senato. Un atteggiamento offensivo nei confronti del Senato e dell\u2019Italia da parte di un\u2019azienda che non paga un centesimo di imposte nel nostro Paese, avendo sede in Olanda. \u00c8 infatti offensivo pretendere che i senatori credano che il manager per l\u2019Italia di un\u2019azienda che fattura oltre 15 miliardi all\u2019anno non conosca il fatturato per il nostro Paese, quinta destinazione turistica al mondo, una cifra che \u00e8 certamente di centinaia di milioni. Nel suo stesso curriculum, il Yates precisa che un \u2018regional manager\u2019 \u00e8 responsabile dei risultati dell\u2019azienda nell\u2019area di competenza. Un atteggiamento inaccettabile che \u2013 per quel che riguarda <strong>Forza Italia<\/strong> \u2013 non rester\u00e0 senza conseguenze. Occorrer\u00e0 anche approfondire un\u2019altra sua affermazione, quando ha negato che la provvigione di Booking possa raggiungere il 25% oltre a non rispondere alla spinosissima questione della mancata applicazione della legge che consente agli albergatori di dare un voucher a chi ha annullato la propria prenotazione anzich\u00e9 restituire l\u2019intero ammontare.
