I burocrati di CDP certamente no, quanto ai manager capaci di massimizzare gli utili risparmiando su manutenzione e controlli li abbiamo gi\u00e0 visti all\u2019opera. Una domanda \u00e8 d\u2019obbligo: perch\u00e9 non fare una procedura di gara, una competizione aperta ai capitali e alle capacit\u00e0 gestionali dei privati, che aumenti l\u2019efficienza e riduca i pedaggi? Probabilmente per poter piazzare un po\u2019 di amici dei partiti di governo: si tagliano i parlamentare ma si continuano ad aumentare orde parassitarie di non eletti.
