Conto che il Governo riveda radicalmente la questione ASPI. Ho criticato fin dall\u2019inizio l\u2019idea del subentro di CDP ad Atlantia temendo che la cosa avrebbe finito per essere l\u2019ennesimo regalo a una gestione che ha evidenziato gravissime carenze, anche con le tragiche conseguenze che abbiamo visto. Quando poi sono venute fuori le cifre siamo stati in diversi senatori, di vari gruppi, a presentare interrogazioni a proposito \u00a0di un esborso a favore di Atlantia di molto superiore a quanto lo Stato dovrebbe affrontare se si avvalesse dello strumento del recesso, previsto dall\u2019art 9 bis della convenzione unica. Le mie stime erano fra 1,7 e 4,9 miliardi di troppo. Ora la lettera del presidente della Commissione Finanze del Senato Luciano D\u2019Alfonso, che tiene conto degli aspetti fiscali, fa salire la differenza a 7,3 miliardi. Giustamente l\u2019on. Giorgia Meloni ammonisce anche sulla insufficiente manutenzione della rete Aspi, che ha contribuito a determinare enormi dividendi per Atlantia, specialmente dal 2011 al 2018. Il Governo fermi l\u2019operazione: lo Stato non pu\u00f2 regalare niente a nessuno, tanto meno pu\u00f2 premiare con 7 miliardi chi ha gestito la met\u00e0 della rete autostradale italiana in questo modo. L\u2019ha chiesto anche Egle Possetti, presidente del Comitato dei familiari delle vittime del Ponte Morandi, in una accorata lettera indirizzata ai presidenti della Repubblica e del Consiglio, oltre che ai ministri competenti.
