Oggi, l’ennesima notizia priva di qualunque fondamento, persino accompagnata da una intervista del garante per l’infanzia, secondo la quale verrebbe tolta la presunzione di minore et\u00e0. La realt\u00e0 \u00e8 diversa, addirittura opposta. Il diritto alla protezione \u00e8 stato esteso a tutte le donne, quindi un ampliamento della tutela. Riguardo ai minori, nel caso di
\ndubbio la presunzione di minore et\u00e0 \u00e8 stata mantenuta e viene soltanto accelerata la procedura di accertamento, peraltro solo in casi di flussi migratori particolarmente ingenti. Non c’\u00e8 alcun rovesciamento dell’onere della prova. La critica, per quanto aspra, \u00e8 sempre benvenuta. Noi, a differenza di altri, difendiamo l’articolo 21 della Costituzione anche per chi ci attacca. Ma la propaganda fatta a forza di falsit\u00e0 \u00e8 desolante e inquina il pubblico dibattito.
