\u201cAnche oggi le opposizioni si sono esercitate in quello che \u00e8 diventato ormai il loro passatempo quotidiano e cio\u00e8 chiedere le dimissioni di esponenti del governo. Stavolta \u00e8 toccato al sottosegretario Delmastro, rinviato a giudizio dal Gup di Roma nell’ambito del procedimento che lo vede accusato di rivelazione del segreto d’ufficio per la vicenda di Alfredo Cospito. Rinvio a giudizio deciso nonostante la Procura della Repubblica di Roma avesse chiesto il non luogo a procedere. Gi\u00e0 questo dovrebbe indurre tutti a una maggiore moderazione ed a un supplemento di riflessione, oltre a considerare che in Italia vige lo Stato di diritto e quindi il principio della non colpevolezza. Purtroppo per il Pd, per il M5S e per il resto delle opposizioni tutto ci\u00f2 vale soltanto quando riguarda i loro esponenti, in una visione del garantismo a corrente alternata.
